I’m Dr. Ashlee Pierson, DSW, LCSW, M.Div., SIP, a clinical social worker licensed in New York, offering online psychotherapy. With over two decades of experience dedicated to healthcare- social work, and human services, I bring deep expertise in mental health, spiritually integrated practice, trauma-informed care—especially for BIPOC children, adults and elders. Whether you're a working professional, entrepreneur, spiritual leader, first responder, or someone navigating life transitions, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path toward healing.

I weave together a variety of evidence-based practices and spiritually integrated approaches: Christian counseling, coaching, CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, person-centered therapy, strength-based, motivational interviewing, multicultural and relational therapy, and trauma-informed care.

My therapeutic presence is warm, direct, solution-oriented, and deeply respectful. Together, we co-create meaningful change—anchored by open communication, trust, and mutual respect.

I take a variety of health insurances for New Yorkers (please inquire). If you want privacy and don't like insurances tracking your health, I accept private pay as well.
